Delete via the App

This removes all financial data but keeps your account login active, so you can start fresh without signing up again.
  1. Open BudgetBuddi and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the menu icon (top-left) to open the side navigation, then tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings to find the Danger Zone section.
  4. Tap Clear All Data and confirm the prompt. All financial data is immediately and permanently removed. Your account login remains active.

If you cannot access the app, contact our support team. We process data deletion requests within 7 business days and your account will remain active.

What Gets Deleted vs. Kept

Data Retention

Financial data is removed from active systems immediately upon confirmation. Automated database backups may retain a snapshot for up to 30 days, after which they expire and are automatically purged.

Note: No personal data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising at any time. If you want to remove your account entirely, see Delete Your Account.
